Three Courses for $39pp

No two Supper Club menus will ever be the same.

Supper Club is about the seasonal produce and unconventional dishes we couldn't usually put on our ala carte menu. 

Sometimes we even invite some friends around. Wineslingers, cocktailmakers, chefs... they come to stay for Supper.

Supper Club #5

Invited Guest: Sav Sexton (Junior Sous Chef - Stokehouse Q)

Sav is one young chef to keep your eye on. She's risen quickly through the ranks of Stokehouse Q, one of Brisbane's most impressive fine dining two hatted establishments.  Her personal cooking style is a mix of quirky with relaxed sophistication.

She's cut from the same cloth as us at Lodger. So we *had* to invite her to Supper Club.

Riffing on Stokehouse's focus on local and Australian ingredients, Sav's menu will feature produce from her family's farm in Toowoomba.

1. Heidi Farm Tilsit sticks, preserved citrus crème fraiche, horseradish salt

2. Pork neck, muntries, lemon and sage butte, green apple

3.  Mulberry pie, brown sugar chantilly cream


Supper Club #6

Invited Guest: Kal Moore (Bar Manager - The Gresham)

*Please note all drinks at this Supper Club will be served with an extra side of sass*

Kal Moore is pretty much a part of the furniture in Brisbane's bar scene. He made Finalist for Australia Bartender of the Year a bunch of times (alas, always the bridesmaid, never the bride) and currently slings beer and banter at The Gresham, heading up Australia's Best Bar Team.

The menu for this Supper Club has a distinctive Spanish theme, and Kal will be matching cocktails to three courses.

1.  Paprika dusted churros, jamon, manchego sauce and olive tapenade.

2. Octopus terrine, confit cherry tomatoes, sofrito sauce, pimento cauliflower chips, charred lemon and sourdough.

3. Pedro Ximenez miguelitos, tre leche crème, almond turrón with smoked fig chutney

SEATING FROM NOON - 3PM (lunch) & 5PM - 7PM

Entrée: Lodger's take on a Cucumber Sanga: rye, cucumber, smoked  salmon mousse, goat's cheese and dill pesto

Main: Pan seared duck breast, cashew and turnip puree, edamame, mandarin jam and jasmine tea jus

Dessert: Rooibos tea sorbet, blackberry compote, pomegranate sauce, meringue and white chocolate mousse.
