Supper Club is about the seasonal and unconventional produce we couldn't usually put on our ala carte menu.
Sometimes we even invite some friends around. Wineslingers, cocktailmakers, chefs... they come to stay for Supper.

Leesa has spent thirteen years slaying in hospitality, working with some of this city's best beverage selections. She currently holds court as a sommelier for Black Hide Treasury. For one night only, she'll have free reign over the wine matching. We know she'll pull out all the good juice right for the occaision; it's a stunner of a menu this week:
1. Hopped steak tartare, horseradish, smoked egg yolk, black salt potato chips.
